How GuestBook Works?
GuestBook integrates effortlessly with AdriaScan’s passport and ID scanners to streamline guest registration. When a guest presents their ID or travel document, the scanning process is launched directly from the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).
Once completed, guest details and images are automatically sent to both the PMS and GuestBook – eliminating the need for manual data entry or photocopying.
All information is securely stored in GuestBook’s on-premises database, ensuring full control over guest data. With user-based access controls, authorized staff can instantly retrieve guest records for registration, archiving, or compliance purposes.
GuestBook can also function as a standalone guest data storage independent of any PMS.
